Description:

1. Raw materials:Al alloy. That's Japanese ADCl2 and USA A360.
2. Surface treatment: done with shot blasting cleaning and chromate treatment.
3. The groove of the product is embedded with metal screen to prevent radio interference. It has a good grounding, radio shielding and leak resistance property.
4. The product is sealed with silicon rubber strip and can bear temperature as high as 200 ℃ and as low as -80℃, with no distortion. It keep no leak within 2 minutes under 0.7MPa air pressure.
Test: Salt spray resistance test is done three times in continue for 8 hours, and no rust occur.9 grids have been made in an area of 32mm x 32mm,but no cast occur within the 10 times test which using adhesive tape to test adhesive force. |
