Mirror Polishing (Spray)

Principles of Polishing:
Make diamond burs from diamond powder (1000#→10000# will do). Diamond burs contain water and has adhesive and elastic properties. If they are fired at the right angle (30¢X→60¢X), the slip/skid phenomenon will occur when the diamond burs come in contact with the working surface. Highly efficient polishing is therefore achieved by taking advantage of this phenomenon and using the friction created for polishing.

●Able to remove and polish small deckle edges on processed pieces such as partrs and cutters.
●Barely affects the dimensions and shapes of the work piece.
●Can significantly prolong the life of mold and cutters (especially molds designed for cold-forging)
●Reduce the coefficient of friction ¡V prevents unwanted material getting stuck molds and cutters
●Dust unlikely to form during the polishing process, thus keeping the working environment clean
¡PDiamond burs can be made if needed (roughness of the burs depend on normal/fine polishing)
