The injection groups
‧Inject 2 colors EVA material at the same time, the curing time is short and productivities.
‧Two different density EVA can be injected at the same time and direct forming bi-density EVA product.
‧The repeatability is assured by a sophisticated volumetric control and by the proportional valves of pressure and speed.
‧Precision slide system-With the precision rack driving by servomotor control systems, the movement of the injection units is smooth and precise.
‧Each injector unit has 5 zones of thermal controliers. Operate in independently and easily to set the temperature and cooling for each zone.
Mold holder unit
‧Automatic separate color plate IN/OUT, reduce the forming time and high productivity.
‧Automatic separate color plate IN/OUT, reduce working load and avoid damage mold by human.
‧The opening stroke of the mould holder is very high, in this way it makes easier the mould operations and the extraction of the products, even if they have great dimensions.
The electronic control unit
‧It, checks, constantly, the working status of the machine, carrying out, in this way, the right "Diagnostic" and "Maintenance" procedure.
‧The procedures for the visuelization and the check of the peculiar parameters of the injection process are made easy nad useful.
