Features:

1.Extra large Die-cut (Hot-stamping) area : 300 x 300 mm, 9000 RPH (imp/hr) high speed can be achieved.
2. Power provided by DD motor instead of Servo motor which use on the most of other manufacturer's machines. DD motor will provide more powerful speed and precise printing registration .
3. Concealed DD Motor MFS unique construction PATENT design to make machine more powerful, precision & durable but less consumption.(Patent right reserved)
4. Equipped with scanner CNC Automatic computerized feeding & register, length adjustable control panel system to provide precise die-cutting (hot-stamping) by single
process.
5. Die-cut (Hot-stamping) station constructed by twin shafts sturdy balance device provided with even pressure up to maximum die-cutting (Hot-stamping) region.
6. Exclusive design :
Rotary style Unwinder, Alloy (no rust but against static) feeding shelf, Magnetic style alloy bottom plate (die-cut, hot-stamping) with very light weight,L concealed style Lamination unit (against dust & tension smooth).
7.Transmission by Unique Cam design instead of Big gear style which use on the most of other manufacturer's machines. Unique Cam will provide more powerful pressure
to let printing plate touch ink more longer time to get more better printing result also Unique construction will protect the connection part so machine is very durable.
8.Special design such as Multi-laminating, Convey bar...to be requesed especially suit for electrical, computer product labels.
9. Inverter regulator speed control system provide with adjustable die-cutting (hot-stamping) speed:30-100 imp/min.
10. Multi-purpose electrical counter will provide with counting, pre-set, automatic stop facilities.
11. Equipped with automatic lubricating and pressure guide meter system, easy maintenance and assures the machine running smoothly.
12.Along, across & askew web angle adjustment for Die-cut station when machine operating.
13.Non-stop pressure adjustment.
