Prodisc's SCR Wheel is first to Asia for adopting the Sequential Color Recapture (SCR), an invention of Texas Instruments, allows rejected light from each dichroic filter segment to be recycled. This SCR wheel can increase the illumination by 40% comparing with existing field sequential operation, which might lose a 2/3 of the incident light. The combination of the Prodisc's SCR Wheel and Recapture integration rod will allow customers to achieve maximum performance with the latest projection system designs utilizing the SCR technology. |
