This machine provided automatic heat sealing of containers and cover for motorcycle battery.

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:
======================
The equipment features power infeed and output belt conveyor. The heat seal cycle is completely automatic. As a battery enters the seal area, it is automatically located and clamped in place. The cover is picked up by the machine and sealing cycle begins. Upon completion of the seal cycle, the completed battery is passed to the output conveyor.

FEATURE:

The positive seal technique greatly reduces leaks around the partition and perimeter.
Automatically pick up the cover by both gripping mechanism and suction mechanism, so that the cover can be picked up securely.
Cycle time: 22 secs.
Capacity: 240 pcs/hr (2 pcs/cycle).
This machine is suitable for heat sealing the battery from 6N4-2A to 12N18.
Max. heating space: 206mm(L)x92mm(W)x165mm(H).
Min. heating space: 68.5mm(L)x46mm(W)x97mm(H).
Pre-heating time: 20~30 min.
Temperature range: 0~400 degrees centigrade.
Moulds of heat seal suit for customer's specification.
