5 ply blockboard with the following specifications:
Size 2440X1220mm
Thickness 18mm + / -0. 5mm
Core material :poplar or fir fresh cut stripes of max width 40 mm machine dried not air dried to moisture content 6-8% , all stripes of same thickness and width machine glued together to full size with no gaps or holes between stripes and no nails or foreign material inside core.
Cross band material hard wood veneer well calibrated and repaired before pressing the outer layer
Outside layer: Face and back okoume
Pannels should be well calibrated and highly finished by sanding into a fine finished surface
