DLC coating (diamond-like carbon) is the combination of diamond (SP3) and graphite (SP2). The physical and chemical properties of DLC are intermediate to that of diamond and graphite.

Our company is in cooperation with a large coating company in Japan, and has developed a high quality F-DLC coating with an extremely low coefficient of friction (0.05~0.1) and great adhesive force (confirmed with a 150-kg pressure HRC test), thus emphasizing the outstanding properties of the DLC coating.
