Features:

1. Horizontal unwind stand equipped with web guiding system provides accurate control for edge smoothness.
2. Unwind stand gusseting device; only 3 pieces of mold plate are require to finish all sizes of gusseting.
3. Equipped with 3 sets of bottom sealing device and 1set of bottom sealed cooler. The sealing temperatures could be set independently and each sealing area could be sealed twice. It improvers the sealing quality and greatly upgrading production speed.
4. The embossing plate used for center and bottom sealing is automatically raised when machine is stopped. This mechanism is designed to prevent the material overheating. (Patent No. 42360)
5. The machine employs a contrast scanner combined with a servo system for accurate positioning. It eliminates repetitive error on sealing position, yet provides high cutting accuracy.
6. Micro-computer control system functions: auto counter, auto stop indicator, accumulative recorder, photocell ineffective auto stop, skip seal can reach 15 times, alarm messages display?
