Features:

1. This machine employs a special control for flexible operations allowing the product length to be increased to 2,000mm. It is capable of producing multi-sealing bags and multilane sealing bags and zig-zag bags..etc.
2. Product length setting is accurately controlled by servo motor incorporated with a contrast scanner for greatly upgrading production speed.
3. Main drive is controlled by servo; the operator can change the feeding and sealing time for each material independently. Sealing temperature adjustment unnecessary while machine speed up. This function can reduce waste material.
4. The embossing plate used for side and bottom sealing is automatically raised when machine is stopped. This mechanism is designed to prevent the material overheating. (Patent No. 42360)
5. Both side printed film adjusting device; it can eliminate the printing variations between upper and lower films. This device avoided producing defective bags.
6. Double cut function can eliminates burrs on in-line corner or notch puncher. It improves the value of bags.
7. Simple figure display for setting, easy operation; the automation man-machine system collocate with high-quality MES mechanical and electrical integrated controller and LCD colorful touch screen.
