Features:

■Two servomotors drive system providing most accurate winding control.
■HCI R&D friction type rewinding shaft handles various torques between shaft and
sliding ring providing uniform rewinding tension. Rewinding speed difference caused
by material thickness variation can be compensated by the sliding motion that
ensures consistent tension at all times.
■The micro-computer control system with LCD touch screen provides lots of fine
features such as: automatic unwind tension control, automatic tension compensation
on rewind and automatic machine stop when there is a lack of material, the length is
reached or material breaks. Memory capacity up to 50 sets of parameters.
