Physical and chemical properties:
The content of Sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate active part≥98%, this material is a red crystal, melts at 105-106℃(free acid),soluble in water, and easy to dissolve in organic solvent such as ethanol, methanol and acetone etc,and remains stable in storage under mormal conditions.
Toxicity:
It is low toxic plant growth regulator according to the classification standard of pesticide toxicity,Sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate for female and male mouse's acute mouth LD50 is 1270 and 3100mg/kg respectively,no stimulation to eye and skin,the inaction dosage for mouse in 3-month feeding test is 400mg/kg·d,no mutational function animals within the test dosage.Low toxicity for fish such as carp Tlm(48h)>10mg/kg
Application
(1) Agriculture
As a cellular activator, sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate can be used to regulate plant growing. With strong osmosis, it can rapidly enter plants, promote flow of cellular protoplasm, accelerate plant germination, stimulate growth, reproduction and bearing,and help fertility. It can be used in seed soaking, irrigation, bud spread and foliage spray.
(2) Animal husbandry and fishery
To be used in feed formulation, it can rapidly enter animals, stimulate animal appetite, improve absorption of nutrition by animals, accelerate animal growth and development, enhance immunity of animals, and increase the quality and quantity of meat, eggs, milk, fur and wool.
(3) Medicine,hair tonic and facial
It can promote wound healing, and contribute old skin cells to cast off and the fomation of new skin cells, have effects on hair growing and facial. |
