Principle of YAG Laser Welding:
Laser welding adopts the laser beam focusing device to produce high-intensity laser beam, and place the focus on the workpieces to be welded. Then the workpieces will be melted together in a very short time; thus the goal of welding is achieved. It is the currently most advanced processing technology in the world field of welding.
"HEPAI" series YAG Laser Welding Machine welds workpieces by high-energy pulsed laser. The pulsed xenon lamp is taken as the pump. Firstly, light the xenon lamp by the pulsed laser power supply, and keep the xenon lamp in a state of preignition by small constant current. Then control the pulsed laser power supply with the control system to make the xenon lamp discharge and produce light wave with certain pulse width and frequency. The light wave irradiates the ND: YAG crystal in the laser cavity. Under the stimulation, the crystal emits a certain light. As the light passes the laser resonant cavity, the laser with a wavelength of 1064nm is produced. After beam expanding, reflecting, and focusing, the laser is ready for precision welding. |
