1. Stable extruder platform. Gear box employed imported shaft components. Forced lubing system, automatic feeding system.
2. The screw employed a design of special material- mixing functions and high curing capacity. Imported German static state mixer is to coordinate with it to insure plastic granule melting, same color and luster and high production.
3. Quick, automatic & hydraulic screen replacement to realize using-friendly and high production efficiency.
4. Adopting special double-flow saving design T-die to adjust sheet's thickness more accurately.
5. Temperature control employed OMRON system. Error is within +/- 1%. The curing process, sheet thickness and smoothness are well controlled.
6. Both forming and cooling roller are double-return-route cooling system. They are to coordinate with computerized die temperature controller to insure accurately control the roller surface temperature, smooth sheets and same thickness.
7. Winding plant: Employed a highly-torque motor. With automatic tension control, that may easily adjust the speed and winding tension and also insure tidy sheet winding. With the slitting devices, it may preset product width. With a counter for presetting of product weight by conversion.
8. Electrical control system adopts imported safety standard components. Space saving. Easy operation. Different product width is available.
