CIC-901W is an affordable solution to your surveillance and security needs. It is developed based on network technology. CIC-901W IP-CAM features a standalone system, which combines a camera and an embedded OS together to provide video streaming service. Built-in A/V encoder module and web server allow users to view images through network with a browser on any computer. CMOS VGA image sensor plus 8 IR (infra red) night vision LED provides 3 selectable resolutions of videos in both daytime and nighttime. Built-in microphone enables real time audio on the browser. The GPIO (General Purpose Input and Output; 2DI/1DO) feature allows the connections to variety of sensors and alarms, which provides advanced security application. For any movement in detection area, the device will send alert message via mail server to specific users. With IEEE 802.11b/g compatible (wireless model) wireless plus WEP encryption, connection gets simpler and safer. It is certainly an ideal solution for home or small business office remote surveillance, for example, geriatric or baby monitoring, office monitoring, etc.
