Description:

The Rutil injection molding machine line RS/INL represents the latest solution for general multipurpose production and specifically for rubber to metal molding.
The RS-INL line includes the Rutil advanced RS clamping system and FIFO injection unit.
The RS clamping design guarantees high precision due to its high clamping power.
The main large clamping piston is positioned directly beneath the mold hereby reducing platen flexure.
The downstroke clamping allows easy location of inserts on the lower platen, where they remain stable during the clamping phase.
The fixed working level allows easy accessibility for loading and unloading of the final product and automatic operation can be achieved without the need of complex and expensive devices.
The FIFO injection unit is available with different shot capacities and guarantees easy colour/compound changing and temperature control.
The horizontal design of the injection unit permits easy access of the compound strip to the screw and avoids the need for complex feeding system.
The side injection also offers the possibility to double production by using a double deck mold with a cold runner system.
Machine and production are managed by Rutil¡¦s Microplus 4.

The RS/INL is today available with a wide range of accessories to gain the maximum output from the machine.
All versions are available with a double shuttling system and external ejection which allows easy loading/unloading operations.
The rubber strip is fed into the screw via the rolling feeder to avoid strip rupture and improve production output.
A silicone stuffer can be easily fitted to the injection unit.

Full automatic mold height adjustment is available while the injection unit position is adjustable by a dedicated automatic adjusting device.
Platens temperature is controlled by four thermocouples, two within each platen.
The RS/INL leaves our factory already predisposed for networking and is yet again one of Rutils¡¦ many solutions to provide gains in productivity and reduce costs in labour and material.
