Polyurethane oil seals can withstand excessive toughness, abrasion and extrusion under rough service condition, over a prolonged period of time, without tearing or decaying.
New polyurethane material curing by HQEE give an extremely high performance with low compression set and high rebound. This new high performance characteristics and quality material enable to use for arduous and high pressure designs.
Large seals in diameters of 300mm (12 in.) to 1480mm (58 in.) are available by casting, even in very small quantities.
Small to medium seals under 300mm (12 in.) are available by injection, only in large quantities, unless the specifications you request are in stock.
All major colors are available, i.e.- yellow, green, blue, brown, red, natural white and transparent clear.
A size list will be provided upon request. Specific designs and drawings are welcome.
