| Established in July 1963, Shanghai Plastics Research Institute deals with fluoroplastic processing and application research. In the past 40 years, 170 research projects were appraised and a great number of various types of fluoroplastic products and new materials were developed and successfully applied in national defense construction, scientific research and many industries. \r\nAt present, the institute still undertakes the development of more than 10 new products and new materials for the national important projects. We have more than 220 staff and workers, of which nearly 100 are engineers and technicians. Granted by Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, "Shanghai Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre of Chemical Products, Plastics Station" was set up in our institute.... |
