AST has established a center for new process and equipment module Lab . That combines a variety of process equipment, including the Precision Electrode Beam Evaporator, Mass Production Magnetic Enhanced Sputter, Large-scale ICP-RIE, and PECVD. The metrology for production and R&D calibration that includes the Optical calibrator. High-power electro microscope, Membrane gauge, Electrical measuring system, and more off-site lab facilities which joint venture with ITRI and Universities around AST.
