Huang Chen-Chien was born on March 24, 1942, in Taoyuan, Taiwan.In 1967, Mr. Huang started Winner Brothers Industrial Corporation.Twenty-three years later in 1989, he started Winner Laser Technology Company, Limited.He is the Fonder and President of both companies.
In the 1970's, with the Taiwan economic bloom, Mr. Huang caught on the opportunities and concentrated printing ink for both corrugated and commercial packaging industries.With the water-based flexo ink and flexo-graphic printing, Mr. Huang has first introduced the importance of environmental protection to the printing industries.
