| Lishin Optoelectronic Co. Ltd was established in 1998, which has 3000 m2 workshop, 100 employees, it is the first professional manufactory that produces the laser diode in China. The product is mainly applied at consuming product (e.g. laser pointer, aimer etc.) and industry use (e.g. level, bar code and alignment etc.) Our company not only produces laser diodes and laser modules, and also designs the laser products for our clients. The products were focused on the different wavelength laser diodes like 980nm (50mw), 808nm (200mw), 650nm (5-20mw) and 635nm (5mw) etc. in 2000.
