Nature's Favour mainly focuses on research and development, production and distribution of bio-pesticides, leaf fertilizers, agricultural bio-preparations, fully degradable bio-plastics, food additives and pharmaceutical intermediates. The company also provides technology transfer and technical services.
The company maintains a workforce of approximate three hundred and eighty staff. More than fifty five percent of the members were postgraduates.
