| The Unitek Group is a wholly owned foreign enterprise based in mainland China. Established in 1993, we now have five subsidiaries under our fold: Unitek Electronic Co. Ltd (Shenzhen), Unitek Computer Co. Ltd (Shenzhen), Shenzhen Utek Industrial Co. Ltd, Unitek Electronic (Hong Kong) and Unitek Electronic (Germany). In 2004, we sold a total of 10 million keyboards, 3 million speaker systems and 4 million PC cases.
